“Eid al-Adha Celebration"
Today, we celebrate Eid al-Adha in Surigao. We were very happy, because
finally we went to the mosque. However, when we arrived there, we were
presented with the mosque door being closed, and a lot of polices guarding the
mosque.
We are very confused about what happened. We faced the sad fact that
we had to pray without the Imam, and no one wanted to replaced him. So, we must pray by our-self. It is so sad because this was first time we celebrated the day without
Imam. I don’t know is it right or not, but we’re just follow what people do and
beg to Allah forgive our sins ☹
After praying, we were invited by Muslim people there to go to her house
to eat together. We are treated with halal food, but unfortunately my tongue
can't taste and eat the food hahaha
